The Kick-Off Meeting within the scope of Technical Assistance and Supervision for Bandırma Integrated Water Project was Held Online

The Kick-Off Meeting within the scope of “Technical Assistance and Supervision for Bandırma Integrated Water Project”, which will be held under the leadership of WYG International Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi in 55 Months, was held on Tuesday, 9 June 2020, with the participation of T.C. Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Balıkesir Water and Sewerage Administration (BWSD) and representatives of the EU Delegation to Turkey, Contractor, Project Team Leader and Consortium members on an online platform. We would like to thank all participants for their valuable participation.

The Project covers to provide Technical Assistance to Balıkesir Water and Sewerage Administration through capacity building services assisting the Administration in sustainable operation of water and wastewater system and provision of contract management and supervision services for construction of wastewater treatment plant, water supply network and wastewater collection system.

We hope to successfully complete our Project, which aims to accelerate Turkey’s accession to EU by enabling Turkey to achieve a high level of environmental protection and compliance with the EU wastewater sector directives, with the support of related parties.
