Within the scope of MISGEP, which is carried out by the General Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety (İSGGM) and financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, in order to improve the occupational health and safety conditions in mining workplaces and to raise awareness in this field, “MİSGEP Mining Industry Consultation Meeting” covering 25 provinces in 7 regions of Turkey are continuing in Afyonkarahisar. Afyonkarahisar Deputy Governor Mehmet KEKLİK, General Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety Head of Legislation Affairs İsmail GÜLTEKİN, İŞKUR and Social Security Institution, KOSGEB, Zafer Development Agency, Afyonkarahisar Investment Support Office representatives, mining enterprises serving in Afyonkarahisar region, OSGBs and NGOs and senior executives attended the meeting.

Financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, within the scope of IPA II Project which TURKAK is beneficiary,  “2009/125/AT Regulation on Environmentally Responsible Design of Energy-related Products” training was held between the dates of 31.8.2021 and 2.9.2021.

Prepared under the “Interactive Training Seminars Through Drama” activity of the “Improving Occupational Health and Safety Project, Especially in the Mining Sector” (MISGEP), "SHIFT STORIES" with GÜVEN USTA” has opened its curtains to 150 mine workers in Eskişehir on September 1, 2021.

The last stop of the Role and Awareness in Integrative Education seminars was in Trabzon. During the 35 seminars which was held, RAM Administrators and School Principals discussed on how to improve educational practices in schools through inclusion/integration, and what to do to strengthen the work with families and teachers who are actors in this process. The opening speech of the Trabzon seminar was made by the Ministry of Education of Trabzon Provincial Deputy Director, Mrs. Fatma Zehra AYDIN.
